For returns/exchanges, email support@roundneckworld.com within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).
đ Exchanges
â Â Accepted For:
- Size issues or incorrect products received.
- Free exchange for the same product/size (no extra charges).
- Reverse pickup arranged by us.
â ď¸Â Conditions:
- Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/labels intact.
- If exchanging for a higher-value product, pay the price difference online.
đ¸ Refunds
â Â Approved Only For:
- Defective/damaged products (provide order ID, issue details, and photos).
- Refund issued to the original payment method or provided bank account.
â ď¸Â Non-Refundable Cases:
- Slight color/design variations from website images.
- Products bought during sales or with discount codes.
- Size issues (exchange only, no refund).
đŚ Return Process
- Packaging:Â Fold the product neatly, include original tags, and secure it to avoid transit damage.
- Reverse Pickup Fee:
- For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), âš100 will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics.
â Important Notes
- Damaged Packages? Refuse delivery if the parcel is visibly torn/wet.
- Used/Washed Items:Â Cannot be exchanged/returned.
- One Request Per Order:Â Multiple claims will not be processed.
- Final Decision:Â We reserve the right to reject requests if policies are not met.
