Exchange & Return Policy – Round Neck World

Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a smooth process, please review our policy below:

📧 Contact Us First:
For returns/exchanges, email support@roundneckworld.com within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day).

🔁 Exchanges

✅ Accepted For:

• Size issues or incorrect products received.
• Free exchange for the same product/size (no extra charges).
• Reverse pickup arranged by us.

⚠️ Conditions:

• Product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags/labels intact.
• If exchanging for a higher-value product, pay the price difference online.

💸 Refunds

✅ Approved Only For:

• Defective/damaged products (provide order ID, issue details, and photos).
• Refund issued to the original payment method or provided bank account.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Cases:

• Slight color/design variations from website images.
• Products bought during sales or with discount codes.
• Size issues (exchange only, no refund).

📦 Return Process

1. Packaging: Fold the product neatly, include original tags, and secure it to avoid transit damage.
2. Reverse Pickup Fee:
• For non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind), ₹100 will be deducted from your refund to cover logistics.

❗ Important Notes

• Damaged Packages? Refuse delivery if the parcel is visibly torn/wet.
• Used/Washed Items: Cannot be exchanged/returned.
• One Request Per Order: Multiple claims will not be processed.
• Final Decision: We reserve the right to reject requests if policies are not met.
